Willie "Pete" Jenkins, 78, of Clayton, NC passed away Monday, May 9, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Mount Vernon Christian Church, Clayton, NC. There will be a visitation from 12:30pm to 1pm at the church. Burial will take place at Forest Hill Cemetery, Clayton, NC. Left to cherish his memories are spouse Mary Jenkins of the home; Children: Betty Cooper (Ronnie) Goldsboro, NC; Mary E. Smith (Terry), Garner, NC, Cynthia Grant and Katrina Wallace, both of Micro,NC, Roger L. Griffin, Clayton, NC, Willie Jenkins, III, Selma, NC, Andre' Mangum, Raleigh, NC, Tony Jenkins, Clayton, NC, Jonathan Jenkins, Smithfield, NC, Jimmy Jenkins and David Jenkins, both of Clayton, NC ; 29 Grandchildren and 22 Great- Granchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
