Sam Arthur Barbour, 67, of Clayton, NC passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Johnston Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Clayton, NC. Burial will take place in Johnston Piney Grove Cemetery, Clayton, NC. There will be a public viewing one hour prior to the service. Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife Jacquelyn Diane Barbour of the home; Sons: Sam A. Barbour, Jr., Puducah, Kentucky and Bryan L. Barbour (Erica), Princeton, Kentucky; Daughter:Pamela Smith(Christopher), Smithfeild, NC; Sister: Effie B. Sanders, Raleigh, NC; Brothers; Charles Barbour ( Bettie), Clayton, NC and Rodney Barbour (Gaylian), Benson, NC; 9 grandchildren and 2 great- granchildren.
