Burial will be in Church Cemetery. A public viewing will be Tuesday, March 10, 2026 from 1:00- 6:00pm at Hood Funeral Home in the Walter and Cora Hood Memorial Chapel.
Left to cherish her memories are her Sons: Albert Mitchener, VA and Edward ”Eddie” Mitchener( Laura) Garner,NC ; Sisters: Etta Avery, Clayton, NC, Lou Della Peterson, Clayton, NC and Jeralene Sanders, Clayton, NC; 7 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
