Roney E. Wynn

Mr. Roney E. Wynn, 74, Fayetteville, NC, entered eternal rest on Friday, October 25, 2024.

Mr. Roney Eugene Wynn, beloved Grandfather of Jacobi Watson, Kendall Watson and Ty’Ana Wynn- Taylor, was born on November 20, 1949 and passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024 at the VA Hospital in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Roney was retired from the military and the Texas Department of Corrections. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Wynn, his father, Travis Wynn, Sr. and his brother, Travis Wynn, Jr.

In addition to his grandchildren, he leaves to cherish this memory, daughter; Kelly Watson (Christopher); mother, Mattie Wynn; sister, Peggy Wynn; brother, Ralph Wynn; nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family thanks everyone for their prayers, notes of comfort and support during this time.  The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
