Jacquelyn Rand Smith, 66, of Clayton, NC passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016. A Graveside Service will be 1:00 pm, Saturday, November12, 2016 at Forest Hill Cemetery, Clayton, NC. Left to cherish her memories are daughters, Arlinda Rodriquez and Yolanda Michelle Smith both of Garner, NC; a sister Anita Collette Rand, Clayton, NC; brothers: Clifton Edward Rand, Clayton, NC, Calvin Rand, Atlanta, Ga. and Gerald Rand, Charlotte, NC; 3 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
