Geraldine E. Smith, 91, of Raleigh, NC passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Friday, August 12, 2016 at Popular Springs Christian Church 6115 Old Stage Road Raleigh, NC 27603. There will be a visitation from 11:00am to 12 noon at the church. Burial will take place at Maplewood Cemetery, Clayton, NC. Left to cherish her memories are children: Jennifer G. Taylor ( Oliva), Mason, OH, Trecinda J. Payne ( Huey), Garner,NC, Quenita Smith Todd, Raleigh, NC, John W. Smith, Jr. (Brenda), Fayetteville, NC and Troy B. Smith (Gwendolyn), Clayton,NC; Sister: Vertabelle Lee, Raleigh, NC; Brothers: Swade Exum (Ruby), Garner, NC and Benjamin Exum, Mitchellville, MD; 9 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Granchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
