Mr. Frederick Hood, 71, Clayton, NC, entered eternal rest on Sunday, June 29, 2025.  

Funeral Services will be 12:00 noon Saturday, July 5, 2025 at Springfield Baptist Church, 4309 Auburn Knightdale Road Raleigh, NC.   A public viewing will be Friday, July 4, 2025 from 11:00- 4:00pm at Hood Funeral Home in the Walter and Cora Hood Memorial Chapel. There will be a visitation from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon at Springfield Baptist Church. Burial at Forest Hill Cemetery, 5479 Little Creek Church Road, Clayton, NC. 

Left to cherish his memories is his devoted wife for 48 years, Rosa Lane Hood of the home; Daughters; Rev. Dr. Kia Roshea’ Hood - Scott (George), Pfafftown, NC and Kiadrick Roshelle Hood, Rural Hall, NC; Siblings: Frances Hood and Edward Hood (Twin Brother) both of Clayton, NC, Jesse Clark, Boston, MA  and a host of other relatives and friends.
