Mr. Calvin Richardson, Clayton NC, entered eternal rest on Thursday, March 4,  2021.  

The family will hold a private service at a later date.

Calvin Richardson, son of the late Julius and Veroa Richardson, was born on February 17, 1950 in of Wendell, North Carolina. He gain his wings on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Johnston Memorial Hospital, Smithfield, North Carolina.

Calvin was a member of the 1968 class of William Mason Cooper High School, Clayton, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his parents, Julius and Veroa Richardson and brothers  Jimmy Richardson and John Richardson. 

He leaves to cherish his memories, his children: Christopher Dodd, Knightdale, NC, Shawnta Smith (Xavier), Clayton, NC, Chadwick Richardson (Ashley), Clayton, NC, Adrian Horton, Fort Washington, MD, Travis Horton, Garner, NC, Demetric Harris, Smithfield, NC, and Cedric Harris Fort Washington, MD; Siblings: Alice Young, Raleigh, NC, James Richardson (Dorothy), Clayton, NC, Elmer Richardson, Wendell, NC; Aunts: Thelma Richardson, Wendell, NC, Jersey Holder, Wendell, NC, Elventa Thomas, District Heights, MD, Elvautia Mials, Raleigh, NC and Doris Richardson, Wendell, NC and seven grandchildren; God-Daughter/Niece: Linda F. Richardson, Clayton, NC; Special friend: Bridgett McMillian, Clayton, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
