Bertha L. Rand, 85, of Clayton, NC passed away Friday, July 22, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Wednsday, July 27, 2016 at Mount Vernon Christian Church, Clayton, NC. There will be a visitation from 1:30pm to 2pm at the church. Burial will take place at Forest Hill Cemetery, Clayton, NC. Left to cherish her memories are children: Sonya Lassiter (Roderick), Ursala McKey (Ronald), Vida Rand and Thomas Rand, Jr. (Alicia), all of Clayton, NC; 13 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great Granchildren.
