He is survived by his Sons: Devante Barbour, Clayton, NC, Treyvon and Trey Neal, of Smithfield, NC and Dacarius Meeks, Mount Olive, NC; fiance' Latashia Owen, Pikeville, NC; Father; Narvell Williams, Sr., Raleigh, NC; Sisters: Karen Williams, Clayton, NC, Calandra Branch (Michael), Benson, NC, Penny Hinton (Jeff) Zebulon, NC; Brothers; Ronald Williams (Gretchen), Clayton, NC and Tracy Williams, Raleigh, NC; 4 Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
