Funeral Services will be 11:00am Friday, November 17, 2017 at Revelation Baptist Church ( 805 East Davie Street), Raleigh, NC. Burial will be in Wake Chapel Church- North (Bland Road), Raleigh, NC. A visitation will be from 10:30 am - 11:00am at the church. He is survived by his mother: Mary Chavis Grimsley, Clayton, NJ; father: Willis Clark (Deborah), Raleigh, NC; brother: Ronnie Chavis, Raleigh, NC; Sisters: Kandice Chavis, Clayton, NJ and Shavonne Chavis, Raleigh, NC and a host of other relatives and friends.
